Q:Where do you deliver and how much it cost?

Wedeliver worldwide! Shipping fees depending on the weight of the itemand delivery location based on the shipping rate imposed by PosLajuNational Courier or Pos Malaysia Berhad.

Q:What kind of shipping method do you offer?

Shippingmethod :-

  • PeninsularMalaysia / Sabah / Sarawak : PosLaju National Courier

  • InternationalShipping : PosLaju National Courier or International Registered Pos

Q:How long does delivery take?

MalaysiaShipping

  • PeninsularMalaysia : 1 – 2 business day with exceptions on weekends andpublic holidays.

  • Sabah/ Sarawak : 3 – 5 business day with exceptions on weekends andpublic holidays.

InternationalShipping

  • PosLajuNational Courier : 3 - 10 business day subject to customs clearanceat destination countries.

  • InternationalRegistered Pos : 2 - 3 weeks subject to customs clearance atdestination countries.

Q:How can I get my shipping information?

Onceyour order has been processed and packed, we will sent you an emailcontaining a unique tracking number for you to keep track on thestatus of your parcel at all times. This tracking number will be sentto your registered email address. Please check your spam box / junkmail in case it’s there!

Q:My items haven't received yet. What should I do?

Ifyour items have still not arrived, don’t worry. You could track thetransit status of your order by click thefollowing http://poslaju.com.my/track.aspx.If you wish to speak to PosLaju customer service representative, theycan also be contacted at 1300 300 300 or +603-50399000.

Q:My order is not delivered / missing. I want a refund!

Ifthis case happens, kindly email us your order detail information daneenacouture@gmail.com.

Q:I received my order, but one of the item missing. What should I do?

Q:Where should I ship my order to?

Itsup to your choice / convenience either to your home or officeaddress. But please ensure there is someone who would be able tostandby at that address by the moment PosLaju deliver the parcel.

Inthe event of no one is physically able to collect your parcel ondelivery after two attempts, your parcel will either be held at thenearest PosLaju office or sent back to us.

WeWOULD NOT REFUND or EXCHANGE if the parcel returned to us dueunavailability of customer by the time parcel delivered. You have tobare the shipping cost for second time shipping.

Q:Can you expedite my delivery process?

Ourdelivery process is based on First Come First Served basis.
